General Partner, Don't Quit Ventures

Deploying — Fund ICompiled August 2026

Emerging markets are half the world's consumption and get ONLY 9% of the funding.

Noa's read is that the funding gap isn't really about fundamentals, it's about who's doing the looking. When he started asking US and European investors why they weren't putting money into Asia, the Middle East or Latin America, what came back was "instability", "no talent", "too risky." None of it was numbers anybody had actually run.

So he ran them.
Emerging markets are roughly half of global consumption and take about nine percent of venture funding. He doesn't call that a risk profile. He calls it a land grab.

Don't Quit writes pre-seed and seed checks to founders building in those regions. Sector agnostic with a lean toward AI. And he'll tell you himself that he wasn't supposed to be here either, which is most of why he invests the way he does. He left school at 16 and spent years with nothing before he became Lime's first employee in Europe.
